HSE Policy has been built in order to issue the principal rules, necessary procedures for avoiding company’s workers’ injuries as well as damaging equipment and installed products.
Strictly following HSE is the main factor to prevent accidents, SIGMA encourages all personnel to raise awareness about HSE issues even in or out of working time by the personal contract. Each company’s personnel can positively contribute to reduce accident occurred by actions and unsafe working conditions. SIGMA pledges to responsibly manage all HSE issues.

- Obeying Vietnam laws and other current international regulations.
- Studying, analyzing potential hazards, providing recommendations and methods preventing and avoiding work related hazards in order to execute, apply, deploy HSE systems in the most effective way.
- Continuously improving the effectiveness of HSE activities
- Providing human resources and finance issues to support this policy
- Ensure all personnel are being carefully trained about policies, necessary skills for better HSE management.
- SIGMA provide professional environment, safe conditions as well as the best HSE benefits for all personnel working for us, because Human Resources is the very important factors contribute to SIGMA development and success.
- Applying environment standards to ensure the control, management of garbage to preserve eco system and environment.
- Well preparing for all emergencies for human and equipment in every site.
SIGMA will always consider and complete, update and change HSE policy in needed for the suitable requirement of Company as well as country and global principal laws.
