Being an essential supporting factory for SEV Thai Nguyen (also known as the biggest factory of Samsung Global), the 264,625 m2 SEMV Factory is being built carefully with total investment of USD 1.2 billion.
SEMV specializes in manufacturing electrical components for mobile phones, printers, cameras and other electrical devices. As a nature of factories, specially those in important industrial zone, fire protection and fighting are on top concerns of the Investor. Acknowdging the risk from fire, Samsung has planned to equip a sensitive fire alarm system with an aim to minimize fire-related loss during operation. The very first step of this plan is to find a reliable contractor to construct the system. After serious considerations of many Vietnamese and Korea contractors, Samsung finally gave trust to Sigma to conduct the fire alarm part of the project.
Taking over the job from 03/2014, Sigma has been continuously striving to finish the assigned tasks on schedule while being in line with client’s requirements regarding quality as well as labor safety. Thanks for these effort, Sigma has been recognized as model of safety and professionalism at the site.
