Project detail
As a strategy in the development path of FLC Group, FLC Beach & Golf Resort was kicked off in May 2014, promising to bring a new facelift for Samson tourism.
With the excellent elements of a key project such as an area of 200ha, a spectacular scale of investment, a wonderful location of interference between Ma River and the sea, a simple yet elegant design, FLC Beach & Golf Resort is the first international five-star resort in the North and North Central Vietnam.
With great reputation, Sigma was entrusted to provide M&E Works for Fusion Maia Resort and Alacarte Villas Sam Son, two major components of this super project. Being international brands in the world’s tourism industry, Fusion and Alacarte are believed to satisfy all five star requirements, from Mini Hotel services, Spa, Bungalow villas resort, Kids club… The project, which was finished in the middle of July 2015, promises to change the one-season tourism of Samson into a wonderful destination for any season vacations.
