Project detail
Located on Tran Binh Street, Dolphin Plaza is the unique building with the design concept: “the house in garden – the garden in house”.
The total investment from PVFC and TID is over 747 billion VND for this plan. Dolphin Plaza consists of two 28 storey towers, one for the apartment building, one for the office, connected by three floors of the commercial center with construction area of 2970 m2 in land area 9.874m2. Total floor area is 95.115m2, construction density is about 36.4%. As planned, the project was constructed within 36 months and expected to complete in late 2011.
SIGMA Engineering Company is the sub- contractor of TID Company in providing M & E Services firstly for the basement and as one of the potential candidates, we are going to bid for the M&E services of the main building in August 2010.
