In the early days of 2016, Military Petrochemical JSC (MIPEC) signed a contract with Sigma Engineering JSC on supplying, installing and commissioning M&E systems for its mixed-use project at 229 Tay Son, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
Located at western gateway, the strategic location of Hanoi capital, Mipec Sport Center is the mixed-use office & sport building with construction area of 1,569 m2. The client has planned to set up the project to be the most monumetal commercial center of Dong Da district, which has the potential to become a new key trade center of Hanoi. To be in line with this vision, Sigma was selected to provide M&E services for this two basement and 5 storey building.
