At Sigma Engineering, this spirit has been nurtured and spread through practical actions, community responsibility, and genuine love for people. One of the most meaningful expressions of that value is the Voluntary Blood Donation Program – a humanitarian activity that Sigma has maintained consistently over the years, becoming a beautiful tradition in its corporate culture.
Blood donation is not only an act of saving lives but also a symbol of humanity and responsibility. Blood – a priceless gift that no technology can create – can only be shared from hearts filled with love. Each drop of blood given is a miracle, a chance for someone to continue living and to see another sunrise.
After four successful editions, Sigma’s blood donation program has attracted the participation of thousands of employees, engineers, workers, subcontractors, and family members. Hundreds of blood units have been collected, and many meaningful gifts have been delivered directly to patients at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion – all reflecting Sigma’s compassion and human-centered spirit.
Beyond its humanitarian meaning, blood donation also brings health benefits to donors. Each donation helps stimulate new blood production, improves circulation, and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and strokes. Just a few minutes of participation can give someone else a chance to live – a priceless gift that no material value can compare to.

Continuing that journey of compassion, the 5th “Sigma Red Sunday” 2026 will take place on January 4, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. The event warmly welcomes all Sigma employees, their families, subcontractors, partners, and interns – all the pieces that make up the united Sigma family.
The Company’s Trade Union Executive Committee respectfully calls upon all Project Managers (PMs), Site Managers (SMs), Department Heads, and HSE teams at projects to work closely together in communication, mobilization, and coordination to support the event. The unity and enthusiasm of every Sigma member will be a driving force for success, contributing hundreds of valuable blood units to the national blood bank and bringing hope to patients awaiting a miracle of life.
Every Sigma member who joins this effort is a “Messenger of Compassion,” embodying the spirit of corporate social responsibility (CSR) that Sigma consistently upholds. Each drop of blood represents a drop of love – together they form a stream of kindness that flows beyond Sigma, becoming a source of pride for the entire company.
Let us continue writing this compassionate journey named “Sigma Red Sunday 2026.” With passionate hearts, dedicated spirits, and a willingness to share, we affirm that “Giving is receiving far more in return.” When we give our blood, we not only save a life but also contribute to a more humane, warm, and loving world.
With its profound humanitarian meaning of love and sharing, Sigma calls upon all employees, trade union members, family members, and partners to join hands in spreading the values of compassion in everyday life. Every small act – a gesture of kindness, a donation, a helping hand – contributes to building a community full of humanity, solidarity, and warmth.
Together, let us preserve and promote this beautiful tradition so that the spirit of “Living is giving” will continue to shine in every action, every project, and within our shared home – Sigma Engineering!
