Flamingo Cat Ba Beach Resort is a "4-season symphony", a great song that harmonizes between heaven and sea. The project is located on an area of over 70ha, with a prime location on the most beautiful beach of Cat Ba Island: Cat Co 1 Beach and Cat Co 2 Beach - The Paradise resort on the sea, with classy views embracing the whole view of the mountains and Lan Ha Bay, the Flamingo Cat Ba luxury resort complex gives customers a 5-star and extremely exquisite 5-star vacation.
Inspired by the immense forests on the mountain, along with a clear blue sea, mingling with bright yellow sunlight shining down on the romantic Cat Co 1 beach, the Flamingo Cat Ba project appears with harmonious architecture, precisely and meticulously invested in the beautiful beach of Vietnam.

- Tower 1
- Officially operating the MEP system of the tower 1
- Tower 2
- Completing construction of hot and cold-water supply system
- Complete energizing from MSB cabinets to the power distribution system for the floors
- Operating Chiller system for towers 1 and 2
- Completing pump room, fire pump
- Installing equipment, repairing hotel rooms on the 7th floor
- Construction of power supply, equipment installation and testing on functional areas, including laundry area, kitchen, staff area
- Tower 3
- Completing the water supply pump system
- Completing hot and cold-water supply system on the roof
- Completing construction of cold supply pipe through the bridge 48m high above the sea level
- Construction of electromechanical system on the 12th floor
