Only when present at Sigma's construction sites in the days leading up to the Lunar New Year, you can feel the exciting working atmosphere, like racing against time and the plan committed to the investor.
At the Masteri West Heights project - One of Sigma's typical M&E construction projects at the time when the Lunar New Year is approaching, Sigma's staff here are trying their best to speed up the progress.
We had the opportunity to talk with Mr. Nguyen Cao Long – the Project Manager cum Site Manager of Masteri West Height project. Although the work was hard on all sides, when he met the reporters, he still frankly shared: “This is one of Sigma's key M&E projects, therefore, the leadership and project staff always make great efforts to bring the project to the finish line on time. To achieve this, all of employees must be fully focused on all times. As a Project Manager cum Site Manager, I must have a management plan so that everything is always on schedule, closely following the workers, subcontractors, supervisors and even the Owner.
Mr. Nguyen Cao Long also discussed the job of a project manager. With many years of experience as a project manager, he had to self-study and practice a lot in terms of knowledge and skills, and at the same time constantly encouraged the spirit of the juniors.
Although the work is extremely busy, the project engineers enthusiastically led the reporters to visit the project to better understand the work of the workers here.

Farewell to the Masteri West Heights project, we continue to move to the Lancaster Luminaire project, one of the rare remaining diamond plots in the city. Amid the scene of spring colors filling the streets, the project site slowly appeared in front of the reporters' eyes.
At the construction site office, Mr. Nguyen Tien Tuat - Site commander and the project engineers are focusing all their efforts to speed up the progress and solve problems from the project investor. The tense facial expressions of the engineers partly showed the high concentration to complete the project.

Then, Mr. Nguyen Tien Tuat had a short exchange with the reporter before continuing his work: "In the Lancaster Luminaire project and Sigma's other projects in general, it has just been quite difficult due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the high price of many materials have significantly affected the construction progress. Facing that situation, the project has seriously implemented measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic to ensure safety for continuous and smooth construction. Despite such problems, the employees in the project are still full of energy and enthusiasm.”

This is indeed a great joy for the Sigma family in the challenging year of 2021, after constant efforts and efforts along the way of formation and development…
The old year is slowly passing, sweeping away worries and chaos to make room for a brighter and more brilliant new year. The people of Sigma, will continue to write the story, light the fire of success, and look forward to the best things of the year of the Tiger. Happy New Year 2022!
