Occupational health, safety and environment in the activities of the Company are implemented uniformly by focusing on the method statement and use of the equipment and motivation as well as continuous training throughout the staff. Occupational health, safety and environment at all work is done through the establishment of standards and collaboration with customers and stakeholders to apply the appropriate construction procedures, under the provisions of the State of Vietnam. |

Safety and environment are the responsibility of all persons. However, the standard will be set by all Sigma management staff in a safe environment in which to work. Safety and environment issues put into practice by Sigma are practical, effective and enforced.
With an idea that "Human resources within Sigma is recognized as our most valuable asset", we regard safety and environment as our 1st priorities and consider that it is the responsibility of Sigma to ensure workplace conditions neither jeopardize the health and safety of any of our employees nor harm the environment. |

| Safety and environment management is documented, implemented and maintained as set out in the Sigma Procedures Manual. Implementation at Sigma workplaces is, in the main, carried out using a set of standard forms, work method statements, audit process and training. |
