Opening ceremony of SIGMA Champions League 2013

In the last few days, most provinces in the South have been under bad weather, heavy rains have created a lot of damages regarding human and properties; our capital Hanoi is not an exception. However, the afternoon of September 6th 2013 was actually exceptionally beautiful.

We are wondering whether it is the sport spirit of all the players and the audience of “SIGMA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2013” that changed the weather so that the opening ceremony went on so fluently. Starting the league was the battle between Electric 1 and Electric 2 under a vibrant atmosphere.

The two teams played the whole game with true sport attitude, giving audience many spectacular and sophisticated performances. At the 10th minute of the game, Mr. Pham Thanh Hai from E2 was the first one to score in the season and received high appreciation from the audience. The match continued with one more goal for each team and ended with the result of 2-1 for E2. Following the E1-E2 match were the games between S&D vs. HVAC and E3 vs. Plumbing simultaneously.

These performances were no less than the previous one with many fabulous scenes. After dramatic back and forth transferring of the ball, all players of both teams S&D and HVAC leave the game with smiles on their faces since the outcome of the competition was 0 – 0. Meanwhile, Plumbing and E3 drove the game with all their hearts, giving the audience on the other side of the ground splendid images of the players. Finally, team Plumbing won the match with the result of 2 - 1.

The three football matches happening that night pointed out the fact that 6 teams entering the season with relatively equal competency. Members of six teams all the way believe that their team will be the one to be awarded the precious cup. Thus, who will be the champions of the league is still a big misery. As the final words, the success of the opening ceremony as a premise for the success of the whole football league was thanks to the organizers, the football players and the audience. Lastly, it is hoped that the season will end up satisfactorily and the sport spirit of Sigma’s members will be reinforced as the season goes on.
