Hanoi – Lang Co 2017, “Together we go further”

So the Sigma train ended their journey through the romantic and peaceful Central Vietnam, leaving Sigma people with many sweet feelings, mixed with the regret.
With the approval of the Board of Directors, Organizing Committee of Sigma Engineering organized the company trip for all employees from 19th to 23rd July 2017 at “the most beautiful bay in the world” – Lang Co. At 20.45 pm on 19th July 2017, Sigma train was officially rolled in the joyful, eagerly of all members of Sigma family. From 20 pm, many members were fully present with the smile expressed in their face.

Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of life, after 2014, 2015 company trip, this is the third time that "Sigma train" has landed in one of Vietnam’s most beautiful beaches. Each trip brings a different experience of excitement. The trip this year has the presence of nearly 600 members, proving that the scale and development of the company is growing, like a huge board crossing over the sea…
On 20th July, Lang Co welcomed Sigma members in the warm yellow sunshine, in harmony with the blue of the sky and the jade of the sea, creating a beautiful and lyrical scene.

This trip of Sigma brings the spirit of “Together we go further”, to enhance the cooperation, collective spirit, strength of solidarity, friendship among members throughout the company. Teambuilding is a part of a series of useful activities that the organizer gave to Sigma employees. On 21st July, Teambuilding took place with the participation of members from many projects across our country:

After joining, all members feel there is a "bonding", such as connecting every distance between themselves and the members. Teambuilding is not only the activity but it also shows the high concentration, the team spirit, bringing people together to achieve the "common goal" successfully.
Besides, being a part of Sigma’s annual football tournament, but the identity of every company trip, the Beach soccer cup is the expected activity of all Sigma players. This is an opportunity for the players to learn and socialize, bringing the moments of relaxation after many stressful days. On the afternoon of 21st July, as the tradition of Sigma football, the tournament was a confrontation between two rivals: Mechanical and Electrical team.
Besides, being a part of Sigma’s annual football tournament, but the identity of every company trip, the Beach soccer cup is the expected activity of all Sigma players. This is an opportunity for the players to learn and socialize, bringing the moments of relaxation after many stressful days. On the afternoon of 21st July, as the tradition of Sigma football, the tournament was a confrontation between two rivals: Mechanical and Electrical team.
The joy of the winner appeared on the faces of Electrical team who brought the trophy of the tournament.
When the activities of team building, beach soccer…took place on a vibrant beach which full of sunshine and laughter of Sigma, the Gala Dinner on the evening of July 22nd brought a warm and emotional atmosphere.
The Board of Directors and the ladies, the project managers, engineers, site supervisors, all Sigma staff and their kids has attended in the Gala Dinner this year.
Mr. Le Tung Lam, Chairman of the Organizing Committee cum Chairman of the Trade Union of the company, made a meaningful opening speech, highlighting the spirit of the whole trip, helping all members to relieve the tension of the daily pressure to get into the call of the sea, renewing energy so that when they return, they will be ready for the challenges that await ahead.
Immediately after the speech, the guests and all the members of the Sigma family raised a glass of wine, integrating with the joyful music of Scorpions' Holiday song.
This year's entertainment program features a lot of special performances. Besides the great performance from the beautiful girls of Hi Dance group and the professional singers, it also the internal performance of Sigma members such as The rain of love, The first love letter, The sad love… along with the team performance of the three North – Central – South, such as The journey on the alluvial soil, The train through the mountains, The country melody…
Sigma’s 2017 company trip has ended, but the euphoria of the warm, fun and memorable moments will surely remain forever in the heart of every member. Goodbye to the moments of fun, relaxation, Sigma employees now come back to the daily work, ready for the current and the new projects are waiting ahead.
