Summary of results of round 2 of the SSOC 2024 football tournament

The second round of SSOC 2024 took place on the evening of Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Bang B village stadium, Linh Dam, Hoang Mai, Hanoi, with favorable results and no surprises for the more highly rated clubs.
Opening the SSOC 2024 round 2 match series is an early match between Safety and Yurtec Electrical. With what both clubs showed on the opening day, it is difficult for any surprises to happen in this match. Even though the S players were without their captain, they still showed great determination in completely overwhelming Y-E. On field number 2, the match that was evenly matched between E3 and Yurtec Mechanical took place contrary to experts' predictions. After an inconclusive first round against M3 stars, E3 players seemed to gain more confidence for this round. Entering the game with a more comfortable position and mentality, E3 players scored an early lead and then won to increase the gap in the following minutes. Although they were somewhat stagnant and allowed Y-M to score to shorten the score before the first half ended, in the second half, E3 players still maintained an active attack, scoring 2 more goals, bringing home their first victory at SSOC 2024.

Maintaining the necessary pressure, M1 also got what it needed, a 1-goal lead when the two teams entered the break. In the second half, still playing firmly and keeping the pace of attack at decisive moments, M1 scored another goal to increase the gap in the middle of the second half. Although E2 suddenly was able to shorten the score later, with a tight playing style, M1 still secured the victory, thereby continuing to share the top positions of the rankings with Safety.
